Our expectations for Samterra Concrete when we hired them to replace our porch and walkway with concrete were very high, & they exceeded them! We were blown away by their professionalism, organization, responsiveness, customer service, and knowledge. Our first contact with Ashley and our last contact with Matt, the foreman of our job, were both excellent. Without a doubt, we highly recommend this company and their amazing staff. We had Samterra Concrete complete our front walkway this fall. We are beyond pleased with the finished product. This company, from our first contact Ashley was very professional, informative and courteous. Matt came to get measurements and give an estimate…on time, prompt and detailed quote as to what will be completed. When work was completed staff were pleasant and very conscious about cleaning up work area, We have received many compliments about the work. Would highly recommend.

Job complete! A pleasurable experience from start to finish, I couldn't be happier. I had my front walkway (patio slabs) and step replaced (and a safety surface on my existing porch). This had become a safety issue in the winter. The Samterra team answered all our questions and provided solutions from layout to surface finishing options. The staff were polite and courteous and explained what they were doing every step of the way. With Samterra it isn't “their way or the highway”, they are willing to help you achieve your needs so be clear with your needs and expectations up front and you won't be disappointed. A year and a half ago Samterra poured a concrete pad for our hot tub. From the moment the team arrived, we knew we picked a fantastic contractor. They took their time to prep and protect our property from damage. The work was done quickly, but care was never sacrificed. For this reason, it was a no brainier to call them back to build a second pad after changing houses. Ashley gave us the option of stamping the concrete with a wood finish that to this day blows our mind in their ability to make concrete look like a natural wood deck. Without hesitation I would recommend Samterra for all concrete needs. Working with the friendly Ashley & Matt and their entire team is just the icing on the cake!

We are very pleased with our new Patio, Shed Pad, Front patio and steps that Samterra did for us. I can't give enough praises to all the guys working my project. I knew after meeting Matt and Ashley that We were in very good hands. This is an art not to mention hard labor. They truely are artist in their own right at Samterra. Great job folks.

Samterra has been a pleasure to deal with. Ashley, the office manager, is the consummate professional. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns. She was so prompt and arranged everything to flow seamlessly. Everyone that was part of the crew that came to install the concrete pad was professional and kind. The install went off without a hitch. They adjusted the project when we requested to add extra area to be covered. If they said that the crew will show up at 8am, they showed up at 8am. Everyone was so professional and the workmanship is amazing.
